A beautiful antique Karadja rug, handwoven circa 1910 with a geometrical 3 medallion design on a terracotta field and deep indigo border. Fabulous secondary colours, especially the deep green in the medallions and highly decorative.
Size: 1.97m x 1.36m (6ft 6in x 4ft 6in)
This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear, slightly heavier in a couple of small areas (see photos). Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
