A beautiful antique Kurdish runner, hand woven circa 1900. The design features a series of multicoloured diagonal bands surrounded by a border of stylised flowers and vines. Woven with soft, velvety wool and lovely secondary colours of reds, greens, blues and golds.
Size: 2.63m x 1.09m (8ft 8in x 3ft 7in)
This runner is in good condition with age related wear, slightly heavier in places (see photos). Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.

As well as the descriptions, age and where they were made, all my antique rugs have a brief condition report. I mention things like wear, what the fringes and edges look like and any issues like repairs, usually with photos. Occasionally, I may miss something (like a small well done repair). If you notice something and this bothers you, please feel free to send it back to me for a full refund.
