A beautiful vintage Gabbeh rug, handwoven by the nomadic Qashqai tribe circa 1960 with a stylised tree of life design on a black and white (commonly referred to as 'salt and pepper') field. Lovely wool quality and fabulous colours.

This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear. The fringes and selvedges are original and secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
