A beautiful antique Kurdish rug, handwoven circa 1900 with a geometrical seven medallion design on a terracotta red field and particularly attractive sand coloured border. Utterly charming, especially the two figures in the main field (see photo).

This rug is in good condition with age related wear, slightly heavier in places (see photos). The fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
