A lovely vintage bag face handwoven in the mid 20th Century by the nomadic Qashqai tribe. This small rug would originally have been woven as part of a bag to carry possessions on migrations around the city of Shiraz.
Size: 0.45m x 0.60m (1ft 6in x 2ft)
This bag face is in good condition with light, age-related wear. Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.

I mention things like wear, what the fringes and edges look like and any issues like repairs, usually with photos. Occasionally, I may miss something (like a small well done repair). If you notice something and this bothers you, please feel free to send it back to me for a full refund.
